  Uklyptus grow eucalyptus trees in north Wales (yes, it is possible!) on a commercial basis, supplying florists with foliage and gardens with plants.

  UK planning law allows for rural enterprises to establish dwellings where there is a proven need for 24/7 care. R created the concept and plans for this project, and worked up various 3D visuals. Unfortunately UK planners are less enlightened than their policies would suggest, and the build was never approved.
